To sync items from Paythepoolman to Quickbooks online you need to make sure that you have the account of "Sales of Product Income" listed as shown below.
Directions:
- Open you Quickbooks account
- Select the Accounting link on the left of the screen
- Then select the Chart of accounts
- Now you will enter the information as shown on the image below for the new account
- Hit save and close and now you are ready.
