Did you know that you can optimize your route through Paythepoolman? To save yourself time and gas!
Here is how you can optimize a route. (There is also a video located at the bottom of this help page if that would work better for you!)
First, you will navigate to your service routing page. Then we will do the following -
1. Select employee
2. Select Day
3. Click 'Optimize'
**It is important to note that you must keep in mind the starting and ending location. You can do this by looking at the Empire Map to see which locations would be the best to start and end in.**
Once you click on the 'Optimize' button, the screen will look as seen below. You will be able to see the distance and time saved by the optimization. Then you can simply save the route!
***It is important to note: The APIs consider real-time traffic information and historic traffic data, like typical road speeds on the requested date and time, returning the shortest or fastest routes available. So optimization may be different each time.
