Do you need help entering a payment for one of your customers? 


Here are the steps to do it! Or if you'd rather watch a video tutorial, click here.


1. Go to the Payments tab on the orange menu bar

2. Select "Add New Payment"

3. Select the customer by either scrolling through the list or typing in the customer name

4. Enter the payment information 

5. Apply it to the desired invoice 

6. Add any images of the payment you'd like (mostly used for checks)

7. Save the payment




Once you've completed the steps, you can go to the customer dashboard to verify that the payment was entered correctly.
