Do you need to log an overpayment for one of your customers? 


Here is a quick walkthrough on how to do that. 


1. Go to the Payments tab on the orange menu bar 

2. Select "Add Payment"

3. Select the customer

4. Add the Payment type and information

5. DO NOT apply it to any invoice (that is how it will become an overpayment)

6. Save the payment


You can then verify on the customer's dashboard that the overpayment was applied.
