Do you need to schedule a repair? Here are the steps to help you do that. 


1. Navigate to the 'Routing' tab on the blue menu bar

2. Select 'Repair Routing' 

3. Select the customer needing a repair




4. Click the green + button to add a repair 

5. Enter the necessary information and click 'add repair' 




You can also add a repair from your Plus Dashboard in the Alerts column under the Repair Request tab by hitting the green 'Route' button on the request and it will take you to the repair calendar where you can enter the information as seen in the above video.
