Are you ready to add new customers to your Paythepoolman account? Here are the steps to help you do that! (if you'd rather watch a video tutorial, click here)


1. Navigate to the Customer tab on the orange menu bar 

2.Fill in all the contact information


3. Select the date the customer was added

4. Then we can add the billing information and preferences by toggling on the 'add to billing'

5. Select the billing cycle, invoicing options, item to bill (you can adjust the description and pricing to whatever you'd like)

6. You can select to bill 'per stop', 'per week', or 'chem charging' (these setting have to be turned on in your Company Settings page first) 

7. Finally, if you need to add special notes for service, you can toggle that on as well and add any notes for your technician to see when he services that pool
