In order for your technicians to be able to add extras, we must first adjust the employee permissions to give access for this. 


We will start by going to the Employee Center in Plus and clicking on the Employee Permissions.


                                        You will then scroll down and enable the necessary/desired permissions.


Once you have enabled the desired permissions. the technician will be able to now add extras! It's that easy.
