PaythePoolman allows you the ability to bill monthly flat rates for your customers.  However, it also allows your company the ability to bill for each individual stop in a month.  The customer will only be charged for the times that the pool was actually serviced.

This feature can be enabled for existing customers or for new customers as you build them into your customer database.


The first thing that needs to be done is enable the feature itself from your company's Settings page.




Once enabled from the company's Settings page, per-stop billing needs to be enabled for each of your existing customers that you want to employ this feature for.








In addition to employing per-stop billing for existing customers, this feature can be enabled for new customers as you add them into your customer database.









Now it is time to Run Billing
