In order for your technicians to be able to access or edit filter & salt cell cleanings, we must first adjust the employee permissions to give access for this.
We will start by going to the Employee Center in Plus and clicking on the Employee Permissions.
You will then scroll down and enable the necessary/desired permissions.
Once the permissions have been enabled, have your technician sign in as normal. They should now have a new Paythepoolman button on their Plus dashboard as seen below on the right (this is the app view).
On the left side - we see they can return to their Plus app by clicking on the To Plus button.
This is the web-based view.
Based on the permissions given to the technician, that will determine what they see and have access to in Paythepoolman.
