That's a great question. I am going to share a few screenshots to help you walk your customers through the process. Once they receive the text message They will need to click the link to download the App or they can go to their App Store and download the Pool Junction app.
Once they get their text message have them select the whole message and copy and paste it is the message box:
2. Then have the customer select the Token code and copy it.
3. Open the Pool Junction app. Then paste the code in the Token box. The phone number is the number on file in Paythepoolman.
4. Then have the customer click on the login button.
