If your sync page keeps spinning or you can’t sync at all- look and see if there are “Items to Sync” with red dots next to them. This means that there are service logs that didn’t get uploaded. ALL completed services and repairs will NOT be uploaded to COMPANY until STUCK LOGS are resolved.


***DO NOT DELETE YOUR APP - this will lose the records that have been saved in the app and they will be permanently deleted.


By following the steps below- Tech Support is often able to retrieve the majority of the stuck logs. After they have been sent to SUPPORT if they are not corrupt they will be uploaded to company in 1-2 business days.

If you have stuck logs- please follow these steps 


1. Click on one of the logs and a window should pop up with 3 options

If the "try again" button doesn't work. Click on the "Send to Support", once it has been sent to support- click on the same log again and hit the "Delete" button. This will remove that log from the list, so that you can move onto the next one.




AFTER a log has been sent to support and you've deleted it, you can hit the Sync button on your sync page and the rest of your stuck logs should upload. If they don't upload after the first log, please continue with the SAME steps. Eventually you will sync the log that caused the issue and the rest will automatically upload when you hit sync. 



Once your stuck logs have been cleared you should have no further problems with your app or with syncing!
