Are you having connection issues, spotty connectivity, or no cell service but still need to log your services/repairs? 


You can use our PLUS app in OFFLINE MODE! 


First, go to the sync page on your Plus app and follow the instructions below. 



At the end of your day when you are in an excellent service area - there should be items to sync 

(your service/repair logs you completed.) 


1. Toggle auto-sync back on


2. Upload those items by clicking on the cloud button.


You may need to click the cloud more than once to upload all data.

Once the Items to Sync list is clear all of your logs have been uploaded and you're good to go! 


You can repeat this process each time you want to work in offline mode.
