Do you want to make a mass change to your billing rates? Or perhaps to a handful of your customers?
Here are the steps to do that.
1. From your Company Dashboard, click on BILLING, then RATE MANAGMENT.
2. From here, you can choose two ways to make a mass change. Either by percentage or by flat dollar amount. After making your selection, click APPLY TO ALL CUSTOMERS.
3. Or, you can adjust customers' amounts manually at the bottom of the screen under INDIVIDUAL PRICE UPDATES. Make your selection, then hit the "floppy disk" under ACTIONS to save.
