PaythePoolman allows you the ability to automate the process of including the chemicals added to your customer’s pools and spas during service stops into your billing process. This minimizes the number of steps it takes to accurately list the chemicals used and billed for on the invoices you send to your customers.
First thing you'll want to do is navigate to your company settings page and enable chemical charging.
From there, you'll head over to Plus and set pricing to the chemicals.
Now the technician completes a service for the customer using the Plus app out in the field.
Now it is time to Run Billing
