Are you ready to add new customers to your Paythepoolman account? Here are the steps to help you do that. 


1. Navigate to the Customer tab on the left in the menu bar.

 


2. Click the Blue Button in the top right hand corner, "ADD CUSTOMER"

3. Input all Customer Details.

4. You can add Customer to POOL JUNCTION if it is enabled.

5. Add additional contacts if desired.

6. Then we can add the billing information and preferences by toggling on the "BILLING DETAILS"

7. Select the billing cycle, invoicing options, item to bill (you can adjust the description and pricing to whatever you'd like)

8. You can select to bill 'per stop', 'per week', or 'chem charging' (these settings have to be turned on in your Company Settings page first) 

9. If you would like to add this customer to a route for regular SERVICE click "SERVICE ROUTE DETAILS" and complete add to desired route. (An employee must first exist in PLUS - the service/repair routing feature of Paythepoolman - in order to build routes)

10. If the customer has more than one body of water to service, you can add additional bodies of water in the "BODIES OF WATER" section.

11. Once you have completed all fields for that customer, click "SAVE CUSTOMER"
