PENDING EXTRAS from the Run Billing menu allows you to view all the EXTRA Billable items you have added throughout the month or billing cycle.


The PENDING EXTRAS have NOT been added to customer invoices yet- that is why they are still PENDING.


Anytime during a billing cycle you can view the EXTRAS you have added to your customer accounts that have NOT yet been billed. 



You can verify dates, quantities, and amounts to be charged from this page.

**Many companies will review this page prior to RUN BILLING. They will ensure all billable items  are correct and accurate. This can save time when they RUN BILLING. After invoices have been generated and reviewed -  they can use the ADD ALL EXTRAS button and all PENDING EXTRAS for customers IN that billing cycle will be automatically added to the pending invoices.


**Customers who are NOT ACTIVE in Autobilling will NOT have invoices created for the PENDING EXTRAS. You will need to create invoices for these extras or manually add them to a new invoice.
