Do you need to add a new technician and/or employee? Here are the steps to do that! It's quick and easy.
We strongly encourage that any employee that needs access to Paythepoolman be entered as an employee. This provides the ability to assign permissions to employees based on their role while also protecting sensitive company data.
1. Start at the Main Page in Paythepoolman
2. Navigate to Plus on the sidebar
3. Select "Employee Center"
4. Click on "Add New Employee"
5. Add in all the employees' information and save!
After you have added an Employee Profile - be sure to adjust their access to features and information through the MANAGE PERMISSIONS Tab on their profile.
