Building a service route for your customers has never been easier! 

(NOTE - you must create an EMPLOYEE PROFILE before you can create a ROUTE)


1. From your main page in Paythepoolman, navigate to the sidebar and select "PLUS"

2. Scroll down and select "Routing"

3. Select the technician you're building a service route for

4. From the top of the screen, select the day of the week for service

5. From the customer list, select the customer you want to add service for

6. Drag and drop the customer's name to the right to add them to the route!


 *Note:  If you don't see the customer you're looking for, be sure to check if the customer is residential or commercial, active or inactive on the tabs above the customer list.
