This guide will show you how to import your customers into your Paythepoolman account when coming from Skimmer by using our Skimmer Importer. If you'd like to watch a video tutorial click here: Skimmer Importer Tool
1. IMPORTANT NOTE - Your customer data will need to be copied and pasted from the exported Skimmer file into the CSV file provided as a download on this page. Ensure you are correctly following the format of information by copying + pasting column by column.
2. Navigate to your Company Settings page in Paythepoolman by clicking on the gear cog in the upper right hand corner of the main page.
3. Click on the Skimmer Importer tab
4. Then you will upload your CSV file and start import!
