The Plus App was created to manage and track employees within Paythepoolman. At only $10 per month per employee profile, it's one of the most affordable options for managing your employees. Using the Plus app, your employees will be able to follow their routes, record service stops, request and complete repairs, send door hangers, and much more!
Each employee can be assigned different levels of access across the platform. This allows you, as the owner, to customize access for each employee based on their role within your company. After you "ADD NEW EMPLOYEE" to the Employee Center - you can assign them access in the "Manage Permissions"
Click Manage Permissions and assign access as you choose to each employee. There are a lot of options. Scroll to bottom to be sure you have seen all options. Once you toggle on/off it will be saved.
Employee will be able to access the features you have assigned through their Plus App. Or if they are using a desktop or laptop they can use the url https://plus.paythepoolman.com/
