If you are unable to access your PLUS app or are having an issue using it, we have a back-up system available to you. It is not suggested for long term use. It does not contain all of the features included in the PLUS App, but is meant to allow a field tech to complete work when they are unable to access their app.
You can continue to complete your services or repairs for the day so that you don't lose any work.
Do not use this for completing service/repair long term. Please reach out to Customer Support for assistance in accessing and restoring your PLUS app.

2. You log in with your same credentials that you would on the PLUS app. Now you can complete your services and/or repairs!
**Be advised that this version does not have a saving function like the PLUS app- if you lose service or connectivity the page will refresh and if you have not completed the service/repair the information will be lost. We are unable to offer assistance with web based services. Please seek assistance for restoring your PLUS app as soon as possible.
