Is your pool count for Service or Repairs - not showing on your Plus app dashboard? 0/0


Please make sure that you have uploaded a profile picture! 

That unlocks the pool counter. Here are the steps. 


1. Open your app to the main dashboard and click on User Info. 


2. Click on the first icon to access a picture from your camera roll or the second icon to take a live profile picture


Once you have uploaded a picture, you must sync your device.
