In order to add taxes to invoices for sales and services - you need to set up your tax rate(s). First create your tax rates and then you can assign them to your customers.
1. Go to your Company Settings page and scroll down to Tax Rates. You can add multiple rates.
2. You can adjust your customers' tax rates while adding them into the system, or do so later.
