If you have just added a customer to your service route or want to schedule repair - you can do that from the PLUS DASHBOARD or you can quickly take care of it from the CUSTOMER DASHBOARD.


1. Navigate to Customer List

2. Choose your Customer

3. Click PLUS from menu on left hand side


4. Click Add Service or Add Repair and complete the fields for each prompt.

5. Finished!

6. As a reminder - techs in the field using Plus need to sync in order to receive updates completed in Paythepoolman routing.
