Flat Rate Billing is a billing option that gives the customer a set amount they'll be charged every month before EXTRAS/add-ons. Here the steps for putting this option in place!
First, you'll start by going to your customer's profile. From the main dashboard in your Paythepoolman account, select "Customers" from the black sidebar on the left of your screen.
Next, you can enter the customer's name in the search box or scroll through the list. There are also options for refining your search to show "All" customers, "Active" or "Inactive" customers, and even those that are "Routed" or "Not Routed" for service in Plus. This screen also has a bright blue box in the upper right hand corner for adding new customers!
Once you've selected your customer's name, click on the VIEW option to the right of the screen under "Actions"
Now that you're on your customer's profile, navigate to the Billing tab located on the black sidebar. Once opened, you'll see the Billing Options to the right of the screen: Flat Rate, Per Service Stop, or Per Week. Toggle on FLAT RATE for the customer to be charged a set/fixed rate each month.
Make sure to hit SAVE, and this billing option will remain fixed unless you change it.
