In this article, we'll do a deep dive into the Advanced Billing options our service provides!


To get started, go to your Company Settings by clicking on the cog/gear icon in the upper right hand corner of your Paythepoolman screen.


From here, select "Customer Billing" from the black sidebar on the left. 


This will open up to your Customer Billing Setup.  From here, you'll see your Basic Billing options, and below that, Advanced Billing options. 


(Note: On the right of your screen are helpful Videos & Tutorials! Just click on the Question Mark next to the topic you want to learn more about and a video will play!)


Advanced Billing options include the following: 

1) Activate Billing Per Stop for specific customers;

2) Activate Billing Per Week for specific customers; and/or

3) Automatically Bill for Chemicals used During Service. 


You can toggle on all of these options if you prefer, or any combination of the three.  These settings will apply to all of your Active Customers and populate the information into those invoices when you Run Billing!
