The Shopping List feature is a great tool! It helps you track: 


  • Items needed for an employee or customer
  • Items that have been purchased and are ready to load onto a work truck or sitting in the warehouse
  • Items that are loaded and ready to install/use, and 
  • If the item is set to be billed, it will be automatically added to billing!


1) To access the Shopping List in the Paythepoolman PLUS app, open the app and select SHOPPING LIST from the Main Screen.


2) On the next screen, you can see the current status of the number of items that have been REQUESTED, items TO LOAD, and items that are already LOADED.  You can search for items for either TODAY'S ROUTE or ALL routes. Below that are Shopping List items that have been REQUESTED which you can scroll through.


3) Scroll down the screen to see those items READY TO LOAD and LOADED.  Also note the GREEN PLUS SIGN in the lower right corner, where you can ADD A NEW SHOPPING LIST ITEM. 


4) Swiping to the right on any item will open shortcut options to either DELETE an item, or change the status of a REQUESTED item to INSTALLED. 


5) Alternatively, if you swipe left, you can change the REQUESTED item to show either LOADED or READY TO LOAD.


6) If you scroll down to items READY TO LOAD, swiping to the right gives you the same options as above (DELETE OR INSTALL), and swiping left will give the options to show the item as either LOADED or change the item as a REQUEST and move it up to the top with your REQUESTED items. 


7) Scrolling to the bottom of the screen, you can see your Shopping List items that are ready to be LOADED.  Again, swiping to the right allows you to either DELETE or INSTALL the item, but swiping to the left allows you to UNLOAD the item, or change the status to REQUESTED, which will move it back to your REQUESTED items at the top. 


8) Adding new items to your Shopping List is easy!  Just click on the bright green PLUS SIGN at the bottom right corner of the screen.


9) Once you hit that green plus sign, the next screen allows you to look up a Shopping List item to add, type in a Brand name (if you prefer), select the quantity, and even add that item to the selected customer's billing!  Click on the link to see this in action.  https://share.cleanshot.com/hhZxxZBJ



The Shopping List feature is endlessly user-friendly!  Whenever any changes are made here in the Plus app, you'll receive an immediate notification in your Paythepoolman account to let you know your techs out in the field have made updates and changes.
