As the industry's first contactless system, Interchange is a game changer for your company!
This is our contactless bidding feature that can be utilized in the following ways:
* One click requests can be used for text messaging & emails!
* Request information for bidding without leaving the office or job site!
* Your customer will send you video & images from their device to use on the bidding process.
* Eliminate the competition by being first to bid!
* Have the customer input their data entry saving you time!
* Keeping efficiency a top priority, now you can be in multiple places without losing time.

1) To explore this feature, select INTERCHANGE from the black sidebar on the left of your Dashboard in Paythepoolman.
2) When you open Interchange, it will default to view your OPEN INTERCHANGES. You can click on the following tabs to navigate to creating a NEW INTERCHANGE, view CLOSED INTERCHANGES, or REQUEST a new INTERCHANGE.
3) You can VIEW the selected Interchange under the column titled ACTION
4) Under OPEN INTERCHANGES, you're able to see current Interchange requests. After you open to VIEW, you'll see the DETAILS for the contact. Here, you can even add a budget to the contact details!
The tabs that follow are ACTIONS, MEDIA, SCHEDULE and NOTES. We'll explore each of those next!
5) When you click on ACTIONS, it will open a pop-up window with the following options: CREATE INVOICE, CREATE BID, NEW SERVICE STOP, NEW REPAIR STOP or CANCEL.
6) When you click on MEDIA, you'll have the option to upload either images and/or video.
7) The SCHEDULE tab will open a user-friendly calendar and all of your techs for scheduling new jobs.
8) The NOTES tab is where you can enter any important details you want to save. Just enter the note in the field provided and it will automatically be saved.
Note: These notes are INTERNAL notes only, and CANNOT be seen by the customer, nor will they be alerted that a note was added.
