Introducing Pool Junction! The industry's first customer-facing app!
Pool Junction connects pool owners - your customers - to their service and repair companies, making it easy to view and pay invoices, approve bids to get work started right away and view service logs or services received with images and personal notes! For just 50 cents a day, Pool Junction allows seamless communication between your company and your customers, no matter how many customers you have.

The basics: For a flat rate of only $15 a month, regardless of how many accounts you service, your company can share the Pool Junction app with your customers. This is done by going to the customer's profile in your Paythepoolman account and giving that customer access to the app, which sends them a link directly to their mobile device. The customer downloads the free Pool Junction app when they click on the link. Also in the text message, the customer receives an Access Token (this acts like a password), which they will copy and paste into the prompted field.
And, VOILA! They can open that invoice or bid right there, wherever they are! They can pay that invoice, approve the bid, send a counter-offer for that bid, and even send your company images and notes, right from their mobile device!
Here's what it looks like:
1) From the Main Page in your Paythepoolman account, click on the COG icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen to access your COMPANY SETTINGS.
2) Here, click on POOL JUNCTION from the black sidebar on the left of the screen.
3) Next, just TOGGLE ON both functions. The first will active the Pool Junction feature for your account, and the second will send a Mass Invite to all of your active customers with a mobile number on file!
