Hello and Welcome to the Paythepoolman Help Pages!


Need to know how and where to update YOUR Company Information, Details and Contact Information? Here's how to do that! 


1. From the Main Dashboard, click on the GEAR ICON in the upper right corner of your screen:


2. This will open your COMPANY INFORMATION.  Here, you can add/update your COMPANY INFO, set TAX RATES if you desire, set up your CUSTOMER BILLING, add your Company LOGO, and much more! 


3. Under LOGOS, there will be a drop down menu under PAYMENT PROCESSING. This is where you'll add/create your STRIPE account by clicking on PROCESSOR SETTINGS.  After you've added/created your Stripe account, you'll see your STRIPE ACCOUNT VIEWER which will show recent payments and payouts.


4. The SETTINGS in the image below indicate all the options specific to your Company Settings. The DASHBOARD (seen above "Settings") will take you back to the Main Dashboard, and the options below the orange box indicated in the image below will also take you out of your Company Settings. 


We hope this information is helpful! We recommend you create a test customer (or several) so you can safely explore all the features of our program without affecting one of your actual customer accounts.
