Hello and Welcome to the Paythepoolman Help Pages!
Would you like to give your customers a personal welcome whenever they open their Payment Portal? With Paythepoolman, you can make a Company Video or Add a Greeting that your customers will see! Here are the steps to do that!
1. From your Company Dashboard, click on the GEAR ICON in the upper right hand corner of your screen to get to your COMPANY SETTINGS:
2. Next, you'll click on SETTINGS > PAYMENT PROCESSING > PAYMENT PORTAL. Just click on the blue EDIT button under the sample video to record your own video, and be sure to toggle ON that option to SHOW QUICK MESSAGE :)
