Bids are a great way to communicate directly with your customers about different issues like large repair jobs. Let's take a look!
1) From your Company Dashboard, click on BIDS located on the left of the screen in the black sidebar.
2) This will take you the BID HUB. The view will default to view ALL, and there are other filter options as well, to view APPROVED bids, NOT APPROVED bids, or those that are NOT VALID having expired or otherwise not followed through.
3) Clicking on the DROP DOWN ARROW under the column for ACTION will open a pop-up window with various actions you can take.
4) Above the ACTION feature are more options. The first icon will allow you to export the Bid to an EXCEL, CSV or PDF file, or you can PRINT.
5) The next icon is a funnel to allow for more viewable sorting options:
6) The third icon is a PLUS sign, where you can create a new bid!
7) After you've made your customer selection, it will open up to a page like the one below. A Bid Number will be automatically generated, then you just fill in the rest.
To the right of the Bid, you'll have action options such as PRINT BID, EMAIL BID, SAVE BID, CANCEL, ATTACH PDF TO EMAIL or DEPOSIT PAYMENT REQUIRED TO APPROVE.
