Sending Links, Texts & Emails using our Interchange feature is fast and easy!
1) From the Main Dashboard in your Paythepoolman account, scroll down the black sidebar on the left of your screen and select INTERCHANGE.
2) After you open Interchange, select REQUEST INTERCHANGE.
3) Here you'll find three separate options:
OPTION 1: COPY LINK
OPTION 2: TEXT MESSAGE
OPTION 3: EMAIL
4) If you select OPTION 1: COPY LINK, just enter the message you want to send to your customer, then click on the bright blue below the message box to save that link to your clipboard. Then you can paste the link into Facebook messenger, your Personal Email, or into a Text exchange on your mobile device.
5) By selecting OPTION 2, you can send the Interchange Request via text message - Just enter the customer's Cell Phone Number, your message, and click on the bright blue bar below the message box to REQUEST VIA TEXT MESSAGE.
6) OPTION 3 allows you to send your Interchange Request to the customer's Email. Just enter the email address, your message, then click on the bright blue bar below to REQUEST VIA EMAIL.
And that's it!
