Wondering what the Pool Junction App looks like for your customers?  We'll explore that now!

1) After you've enabled the Pool Junction feature in your Company Settings and sent out the Mass Invite to your active customers who have mobile numbers on file, those customers will receive a text. They'll click on the link in the first message to download the free Pool Junction app to their mobile device.  Then they'll enter the Token ID to allow them to log in.



2) Once they've done this, there are three options at the top:  BILLING, SERVICES and INFO.  The default view will open to their BILLING information.  Here, they can update their contact information, open and view Invoices, and even enter comments that your company will be alerted to.


3) To open an Invoice, tap on PDF VIEW, and here's a sample of what they'll see:


4) They can even enter messages and your company will receive a notification!


5) By clicking on SERVICES, they can click on past service logs, open and view them!  Just scroll through the service logs and tap on the blue bar for the log they want to open. 


6) By clicking on INFO, they'll see a comprehensive log of all Service Logs, as well as other notifications from your company.


The Pool Junction feature is very user-friendly and a great way to make your customers feel special!
