Hello!
Do the images and/or videos in your service logs appear blurry or pixelated? Here's how to adjust the quality settings!
1) Open your Plus App and click on the Hamburger Menu in the top right corner of your screen.
Hamburger Menu > Think: Top of the Bun + Meat + Bottom Bun
2) Next, click on IMAGE SETTING.
3) Here you'll see a slide bar where you can move the dot to your preferred image quality setting. The system will default to the Lowest Quality because images will load faster. The higher the quality setting, the slower the upload time will be.
Note: Always be sure to stay on the screen when uploading images and videos until the upload is complete. If you navigate out of the screen before the upload is done, the image/video won't be saved.
4) Video settings are located under the Image Setting tab, and can be adjusted in exactly the same way.
5) After opening the Video Setting option, you'll see a slide bar which you can adjust to your preferences. And just like Image Settings, the default will always be to the lowest quality for speed of upload time.
