Need to send an email to specific customers? Easy peasy! You'll create a TARGETED EMAIL. This feature allows you to create and distribute targeted emails to specific customers based on criteria such as name, service day, assigned employee, and/or employee's service schedule.
Note: This feature is only available to customers who are ACTIVE in Auto billing. If you attempt to select a customer - and their name is greyed out. That means they are NOT active in Auto billing.
Here's how to send an email to specific customers:
1) Go to your Company Dashboard and click on CORRESPONDENCE in the black sidebar on the left of your screen:
2) Next, look for TARGETED EMAIL TO SELECTED CUSTOMERS and click on the blue bar that says CREATE.
3) The screen that opens next will look like this and you'll enter as many customers as you want in the search bar.
Just start typing your message, and you'll also see a preview of the email to the right of your screen. When you're done, just hit the button that says SEND EMAILS.
4) If you click on the TEST EMAIL, it will send a copy of that message to your company email address.
So easy!
