If you're looking at a particular customer's profile, you'll notice the PLUS option located to the left of your screen in the black sidebar. Let's explore that feature to see all the information there!
1) Select any customer, open their profile, then click on PLUS in the black sidebar.
2) On this screen, you have numerous options regarding PLUS features specific to this customer.
You can ADD A SERVICE STOP (and view past service stops below that feature), ADD A REPAIR STOP (and view past repairs below that option), add SERVICEABLES by clicking on the bright green circled plus sign, if there are multiple bodies of water to be serviced (i.e., the customer has both a pool and a separate hot tub).
To the lower right of the screen under VIEW/EDIT, you can access all prior SERVICE LOGS, SERVICE NOTES, COMPLETED REPAIRS, REPAIR REQUESTS, PENDING REPAIRS, EMAIL DOOR HANGER settings, and NOTES FOR EMPLOYEE, for special instructions you want your tech to always see when they start service for this customer. (i.e., "Customer has large dogs in the back yard; very friendly; bring treats" or, "Gate by the driveway has a padlock; go the gate on the other side of the house and use keypad for entry."
3) Further down the same screen, you'll see current and past Email Door Hangers. Just click MORE DETAILS to see the Door Hanger in its entirety.
We encourage you to explore this page in depth, as there are many finer points in the items located under VIEW/EDIT. The more familiar you are with these options, the easier it will be to address customer requests as well as assist your technicians/employees.
It's especially valuable to explore the Email Door Hanger to explore what information you want your customers to see.
