This feature allows you to create and distribute a holiday vacation email to your active customers using our current year's template for a streamlined communication process!
Note: This feature is only available to customers who are ACTIVE in Auto billing. If you attempt to select a customer - and their name is greyed out. That means they are NOT active in Auto billing.
Here are the steps on how to do this!
1) From your Company Dashboard, click on CORRESPONDENCE on the left of the screen in the black sidebar.
2) This will take you to all the Correspondence options! Find CREATE A BULK HOLIDAY EMAIL CAMPAIGN and click on the bright blue button, CREATE, to get started.
3) This screen will open up to the page below where you'll see a sample message already entered. A preview appears in the screen to the right. You can edit this message however you desire!
4) If you send a TEST EMAIL, it will only send a copy to your company email. If you select SEND EMAILS, the message will be automatically delivered to all of your ACTIVE customers!
