This awesome feature allows you to design and print a holiday vacation door flyer using our current year's template for easy and effective customer communication.
Note: This feature is only available to customers who are ACTIVE in Auto billing. If you attempt to select a customer - and their name is greyed out. That means they are NOT active in Auto billing.
Here are the steps on how to do this!
1) From your Company Dashboard, click on CORRESPONDENCE on the left of the screen in the black sidebar.
2) On this screen find DESIGN A HOLIDAY PROMOTIONAL FLYER and click on the bright blue CREATE button!
3) This page will open to the screen below. There's a sample message included which you can delete or edit to your own preferences. A preview appears to the right of the screen, and when you're done, just hit the PRINT button!
4) When you hit PRINT it will open to a print preview page like the one below. You can print your message on fun card stock, then cut along the line and give them to your techs to distribute when they make their service stops! Your company information will automatically appear in the upper left corner of each flyer.
