Send a targeted push notification to specific customers using the Pool Junction App, based on criteria such as name, service day, assigned employee, and/or the employee's service schedule!
Note: This feature is only available to customers who are ACTIVE in Auto billing. If you attempt to select a customer - and their name is greyed out. That means they are NOT active in Auto billing.
Additionally, the POOL JUNCTION feature must be enabled for your company.
1) From your Company Dashboard, click on CORRESPONDENCE on the left of the screen in the black sidebar.
2) On this screen find MASS PUSH NOTIFICATION and click on the bright blue CREATE button!
3) The following screen will open. Here, you can select the customers you want to send the notification to and enter your message. A preview of how the message will appear to you customers is on the right side of the screen. When you're done, just hit SEND NOTIFICATIONS, and your message will be instantly sent via text to your selected customers, directly to their mobile/wireless devices!
