Once you've created a bid and sent it to the customer, the customer can comment on the bid and send it back to the company and the company can then reply back.
**PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL JUNCTION FEATURE MUST BE ENABLED FOR THIS FUNCTIONALITY**

1) To enter comments on a bid, the customer needs to first open the bid and VIEW it.
2) When they've opened the bid to view it, they'll have the option to add comments!
So easy!
