The Gate/Lock Code Report is just that - a comprehensive report of all secure access codes for the various locations as your company has them assigned and logged. 


Here's how to access this report!


1) From your Company Dashboard, click on REPORTS located on the left of your screen in the black sidebar.


2) Here, select the GATE/LOCK CODE REPORT under the second section, CUSTOMER REPORTS.


3) The page will open as it appears below, and you can use the small up/down arrows in the bright blue bar near the word CUSTOMER to change the order from ascending to descending; and there's also a SEARCH BAR for searching a specific customer's name.


4) Additionally, you'll have some viewing options.  The toggle will switch the how the information is displayed; the four arrows will allow you to ENTER FULL SCREEN; and the down arrow has several exporting options.
