The Filter Cleanings Report contains a Schedule and History of filter maintenance records.
Here's how to find this amazing report!
1) From your Company Dashboard, click on REPORTS located on the left of the screen in the black side bar.
2) Next, click on FILTER CLEANINGS REPORT under the fourth section of reports called OPERATIONAL REPORTS.
3) The screen will open to one similar to the sample below. There's a SEARCH BAR at the top to look up a specific customer's name. You can also sort the information to look up RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL or BOTH. Additionally, you can click on the up and down arrows in each section of the blue bar to sort the information further.
4) In the upper right hand corner, you can use the toggle to view each customer separately; view full screen; or click on the arrow to open a drop down menu for exporting options.
