The Plus Customer Service Report shows all service stops in a sortable list! Let's take a look!
1) From your Company Dashboard, click on PLUS located on the left of the screen in the black side bar.
2) Then select CUSTOMER SERVICE REPORT from the second section of reports called, CUSTOMER REPORTS.
3) A screen similar to the one below will open. You can search by a specific CUSTOMER NAME, or the YEAR, and you have four separate viewing options as indicated with the arrows.
4) You can also sort the information in reverse order by selecting the UP/DOWN arrows in the blue bar at the top of the report.
5) Finally, you can select VIEW DETAILS in the last column to open the details for the service log created for that customer on that date.
6) It will look similar to this:
