The Plus Customer Repair Report provides a history of all repairs done for a specific customer.
Here's how to find this tool!
1) From your company Dashboard click on PLUS in the black side bar to the left of the screen.
2) Next, select CUSTOMER REPAIR REPORT under the second section called, CUSTOMER REPORTS.
3) A screen similar to the one below will open. Here, you can enter the customer's name in the SEARCH BAR, or sort for the information in various ways as indicated below. (Note: The RED symbols under the STATUS column here in our sample indicated that repairs have not been completed.)
