Hello and welcome to Paythepoolman Help Pages! 


Do you need to enable an Electronic Door Hanger for a customer? Or disable a door hanger? Maybe you just want to make some adjustments to what the customer sees?


Here are the steps to do that! 


1. Look up the customer 

2. Go to the Plus tab 

3. In the View/Edit column, scroll to the bottom 

4. Click on Email Door Hanger

5. From there make the necessary adjustments!

Additionally, the Permission for your technician must also be enabled, and here are the steps to do that:


1. Go the Plus section of your Paythepoolman account

2. Go to the Employee Center

3. Select the tech/employee whose permissions you want to check

4. Click on MANAGE PERMISSIONS

5. Scroll down and toggle your option for CREATE ELECTRONIC DOOR HANGERS

6. There are additional options regarding Door Hanger settings in these permissions.


Please note:  Any changes made for your tech/employee permissions will require that tech/employee to RE-SYNC their Paythepoolman Plus App to update those settings.
