Hello and welcome to Paythepoolman Help Pages!
Do you need to enable an Electronic Door Hanger for a customer? Or disable a door hanger? Maybe you just want to make some adjustments to what the customer sees?
Here are the steps to do that!
To first ENABLE Electronic Door Hanger, you will need to go to the Permissions are in your employee/tech's profile in Employee Center.
1. From your Company Dashboard, click on PLUS, then select EMPLOYEE CENTER:

2. Select the tech/employee whose permissions you want to check and click on MANAGE PERMISSIONS:

3. Scroll down and toggle on the option for CREATE ELECTRONIC DOOR HANGERS. The allows the system to create door hangers and send them out whenever a tech completes a service. (Note: There are also additional options regarding Door Hanger settings in these permissions so be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom.)

Please note: Any changes made for your tech/employee permissions will require that tech/employee to RE-SYNC their Paythepoolman Plus App to update those settings.
To further customize door hangers, you can go directly to any desired customer profile and adjust for individual customers:
1. Select the customer's name from the Customer List and click on VIEW to go directly to their profile:

2. On their profile, go to their PLUS tab.

3.Under the VIEW/EDIT column to the right, click on EMAIL DOOR HANGER and from there make the necessary adjustments!:
