Have you tried to build your service route in Paythepoolman Plus only to find a spinning wheel of black dots, as shown in the image here?
If this is happening, it's because one of your customer addresses either doesn't exist, was entered incorrectly, or needs to checked against the information found on Google Maps.
1. Be sure to verify the accuracy of any new customer addresses you've recently added by comparing them to what you find in a Google search for that address. Sometimes the error is caused by hidden characters transferred via copy and paste, so we recommend retyping the address in all applicable fields, even if it looks correct.

2. Refresh your screen to pull in the new data by clicking on the looped arrow as indicated here:

3. Go to the Plus section of your Paythepoolman program and attempt service routing again. Provided all the addresses are entered correctly and agree with the format/spelling in Google Maps, then the routing option should work flawlessly!
