This help page is to show you the options you have to manage those pesky overdue accounts. Your overdue accounts are viewable on your Company Dashboard on the far righthand side column.

And here's a breakdown of the steps!
1. On your Company Dashboard, OVERDUE ACCOUNTS are shown at the bottom of your screen, as indicated in the sample below. Just click on TAKE ACTION in the bright blue button for a new menu to appear.
2. After you click TAKE ACTION, you'll have numerous actions you can take!
Note: All of these options - except Viewing the Customer's page, Emailing and/or Printing the Statement - will dismiss the account from the overdue list for 10 days.
* Send Push Notification: This will send an alert through the customer's The Pool Junction app reminding them of their unpaid bill.
* Send Text Message: As long as this customer has a phone number on file, you'll be able to send a text alert, complete with a clickable link to the bill, reminding the customer to pay.
* Send Email Reminder: This will send an email to the customer as a reminder. A link to pay is included.
* Email Statement: Keep track of who is late using the email statement.
* Print Statement: Print the above information!
* View Customer's Page: See if the customer has an unassigned payment or something else on their account which accounts for the unpaid invoice.
* Dismiss for 10 Days: Remove the overdue invoice from the Overdue Accounts overview for the next 10 days.
* Add Late Fee: You can customize your late fees from your Company Settings > Customer Billing
* Write Off as Bad Debt: Mark this invoice as permanently unpaid in the system.
3. Finally, while the Text Reminder (appears as SEND PUSH NOTIFICATION) is not editable, the option to SEND EMAIL REMINDER is now an editable feature where you can customize the message! Here's a sample of how that will appear:
