Do you need to log an overpayment for one of your customers? Here is a quick walkthrough on how to do that.
1. From your Company Dashboard, click on PAYMENTS to the left of your screen:

2. Next, click on ADD NEW PAYMENT and the pop window like the one you see below will open:

3. Enter the overpayment as shown in the video below, but do NOT apply it to any specific invoice - this is how it will become an overpayment. Enter the appropriate information, then save.

You can then verify on the customer's dashboard that the overpayment was applied.
