At Paythepoolman, we try to make every experience as seamless as possible for our companies. Which is why we offer mailing services! 


For an additional cost, we will mail out all your invoices for you! Once you have submitted the invoices, they will be sent out within 24-48 hours and your account will be charged. 


1. The mailing service option will appear after you generate a batch of Pending Invoices. Once you've generated a batch of Pending Invoices, click on the black tab, FINISHING ACTIONS, to see the pop up window as shown in the sample below.


2. Just click on MAIL MY INVOICES, and you'll see the following prompt: 


Just click PROCEED and voila! We'll take care of the rest!
